The Spellshop is wonderful as you said, and like you, I was at first somewhat cautious that it might be turn out to be too twee or overly sweet, but no, it was just right. I had not heard of The Village Library Demon-Hunting Society, but now I need to get my hands on a copy, obviously! ^_^
